I Was There - When Jesus Was Born – Told by Those Who Watched, Waited, and Welcomed Him

"I Was There — When Jesus Was Born" invites children and families to journey through the Nativity story through the eyes of those who were there — Isaiah, Micah, Gabriel, Mary, Joseph, the Shepherds, the Angels, the Wise Men, Simeon, Anna, and even the Innkeeper.

Through gentle rhyming verse and tender illustrations, each voice shares what they saw, felt, and believed on that holy night when Heaven touched Earth.

From prophets who foretold His coming, to humble shepherds who ran in wonder, to wise men who followed the star, each story helps children understand that Jesus didn’t just come for the world — He came for them.
