Refund policy

OUR PROMISE

These books are made to be read, re-read, coloured in and carried around. If something arrives damaged, or is not what you expected, we will make it right.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Items need to be unused and in their original condition. Coloring books that have been coloured in cannot be returned, for reasons we think are obvious and a little bit wonderful.

To start a return, email info.hislightkeepers@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We will reply with instructions. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back, so we know to look out for it.

WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

The exception, and it matters to us: if an item arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong one, we cover everything. You will not pay return shipping and you will not need to send the original back.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Check your order when it arrives. If a book is damaged in transit, a page is misprinted, or we sent the wrong title, email info.hislightkeepers@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

A damaged book is our problem to solve, not yours.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Coloring books that have been written in or coloured
Gift cards
Anything bought from a bookstore or other retailer, which has to go back to the shop that sold it
Wholesale and bulk orders, which are covered by the terms agreed at the time of order

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and we have looked at it, we will email you either way. If approved, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time, usually a few days more.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you a refund was approved and you still have not seen it, email us and we will chase it with you.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to swap a title is to request a return on the first one and place a new order for the one you want. That way the book you actually want is on its way to you immediately rather than waiting on a return to land.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email us as quickly as you can. Once a package is with the carrier we cannot pull it back, but the return process above still covers you.

QUESTIONS

Email info.hislightkeepers@gmail.com and a person will answer. It is a small publisher. The person answering is usually the one who wrote the books.
