Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

During an event, a school visit or a launch week, processing can take a little longer. If something is going to be slow, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates start from the day a package leaves us, not the day you order. They come from the carrier and can vary with weather, holidays and volume, so please treat them as estimates rather than guarantees.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

FREE SHIPPING

We do not offer free shipping as standard.

If you are here from one of our conferences, use the code Conference at checkout for free shipping on orders over $30.

TRACKING

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking when your package ships. If the tracking email has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking has not moved in 7 business days, email info.hislightkeepers@gmail.com and we will open a trace with the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement.

If tracking shows delivered and the package is not there, check with neighbours and around the property first, then email us. We will help you work it out with the carrier, though once a carrier has marked something delivered there is a limit to what anyone can recover.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your address before you pay. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will email you and reship it once the reshipping cost is covered.

BOOKSTORES AND BULK ORDERS

Wholesale and bulk orders ship on different terms, agreed directly. Email info.hislightkeepers@gmail.com or use the wholesale page.
